Basqoor helps you import, enrich, analyze, and export prospect lists. We process uploaded prospect data only to provide the service, run enrichments, generate table fields, and support your account. We do not sell your data and we do not use your uploaded lists to train AI models. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.
Basqoor Inc. (“Basqoor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Data Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website, software, and services (the “Service”). Disputes related to this Data Policy are subject to the dispute resolution and governing law provisions in our Terms of Service. If there are any terms in this Data Policy that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Service.
Basqoor is a web-based workflow for preparing clean outbound files from prospect lists. When you upload a CSV or create a prospect table, we process that data to provide the requested product features.
We limit what we collect where possible, but we do collect information needed to provide the Service, including account information, uploaded table data, enrichment requests, generated preparation fields, usage metadata, and support messages. We do not use your uploaded lists, inputs, or outputs to train AI models. If you include prospect data in support requests, it will be handled solely to resolve your issue.

Deleting your account: You may, at any time, delete your account via basqoor.com under your active profile.
Our services are intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
A privacy breach occurs when there is unauthorized access to or collection, use, disclosure or disposal of personal information. You will be notified about data breaches when Basqoor believes you are likely to be at risk or serious harm. For example, a data breach may be likely to result in serious financial harm or harm to your mental or physical well-being. In the event that Basqoor becomes aware of a security breach which has resulted or may result in unauthorized access, use or disclosure of personal information Basqoor will promptly investigate the matter and notify the applicable supervisory authority not later than 72 hours after having become aware of it, unless the personal data breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.
We may update this Data Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice. Your use of our services constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes.
